Sourcing Bali takes the stress and worry out of shopping and shipping from Bali.  

Our 8-hour trip includes a car, driver and dedicated Account manager to assist with supplier introductions, translations, product selections, note taking and negotiations.   On a trip with us, you can expect to meet up to 12-14 suppliers in one day !   At the end of the trip, your account Manager will prepare a detailed list of your 'finds'.   They'll email this to you for you to make your final selections, and then email us back.   We then send the list to Bayus CARGO to estimate the volumes and shipping costs. 

Once approved, we issue the invocie and await the deposit.   We require 50% deposit to commence production, with balances payable upon completion prior to shipping.   

We charge 15% service fee on all orders - this is for the management of your account, the placement of all orders, the monitoring of the production and reporting on progress.   Upon completion, our QC team does a full check on EVERY item to ensure that its all perfect, and we send photos for further peace of mind.  

The production time for all orders is 4-6 weeks - some longer for larger volumes.

Once the balance payment is received, we coordinate with Bayus Cargo for them to collect, pack and prepare for shipping.  They invoice separately for their services.   They arrange shipping to your NEAREST PORT - and your goods are on their way.  Shipping times vary from 3- 8 weeks.   You will need a local customs broker to arrange customs clearance and delivery - Bayus can recommend one if needed.
